The winter sports insurance upgrade extends cover to loss or damage of owned or hired ski equipment, loss or theft of ski pass and compensation for piste closure, avalanche or landslide. Plus our great levels of medical emergency, repatriation and personal liability cover are also extended to winter sport-related accidents.
Provided you have paid the Winter Sports upgrade, you are covered for: ski equipment, piste closure, avalanche cover, ski hire, ski pack costs up to the limits shown on the summary of cover.

- Cross country skiing
- Ice Hockey
- Mono skiing
- Off-piste skiing or snow-boarding (within local ski patrol guidelines)

A choice of policies:
Our winter sports insurance is available on Economy, Standard and Premier, is limited to 17 days per policy, is for UK (including Channel Islands and Isle of Man) residents only with a maximum age of 64 years, plus it can cover Europe or Worldwide.
